WHAT ARE THE COMMON REASONS THAT PEOPLE TYPICALLY SEEK COUNSELING OR THERAPY?

Counseling sessions typically last for 50 minutes and in the first session we will go over paperwork and spend the session clarifying what you want and setting goals for how to achieve the outcome that you desire.
Most people report that after the initial counseling session they feel a sense of relief and that the anxiety associated with the initial session is no longer present for future appointments.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO COME TO GET RESULTS?
The answer to this question varies depending on your reasons for seeking services, your goals and your level of functioning. Research suggests that those who attend sessions regularly, typically weekly sessions at first, tend to have the best results. Research suggest that significant relief can be found in 8-12 sessions.
